    This paper describes the experiments of the underdrainage in Dayuzhang irrigation district at the coastal area of Shandong Province. On the basis of the experimental data analysis from the year 1978 to 1979, the subjects such as the flow of underdrainage, the balance of the water and salt in underdrainage, the ratio of drainage and evapotranspiration, the regular patterns of the ground water draindown and the effects of reclamation of soilare discussed and studied.

    Owing to the deficiencies in designing the diversion works of the First Lateral of the Yangwu Irrigation District, serious siltation of the lateral canal was resulted. Based upon the principle of "diverting water along the direction of the main current and sediment will be diviated towards the side" and model study,the diversion works of the First Lateral were reconstructed in the following aspects: (1) Upstream of the diversion gate for a certain length of the main canal the cross-section was enlarged...

    Owing to the deficiencies in designing the diversion works of the First Lateral of the Yangwu Irrigation District, serious siltation of the lateral canal was resulted. Based upon the principle of "diverting water along the direction of the main current and sediment will be diviated towards the side" and model study,the diversion works of the First Lateral were reconstructed in the following aspects: (1) Upstream of the diversion gate for a certain length of the main canal the cross-section was enlarged and the bottom gradient was flattened; and (2) A new sediment diversion canal was installed on the main canal opposite the diversion gate. Field measurement indicated that after the reconstruction the sediment-diversion ratio of the First Lateral was reduced from 77.8-85% to 29% and the median diameter of the sediment entering the lateral canal was reduced from 0.385 mm to 0.115 mm at a constant water diversion ratio of 50%.A settling basin was installed on the main canal further downstream. The processes of aggradation and degradation of the sediment in the basin, the change in the water surface along the basin and the efficiency of sluicing the deposits were all observed in the field. The sluicing of the deposits accumulated in the settling basin took the shape of retrogressive erosion at first and transformed into progressive erosion later on. The water consumption for sluicing each ton of sediment was 3.5 cu m for the former and 8.8 cu m for the latter.The experiences obtained from the Yangwu Irrigation District could be used to solve sediment problems of other low-head diversion works under a variety of conditions. Examples were cited and matters of attention were pointed out.

    在七十年代初期,为解决阳武河灌区的泥沙淤积问题,曾就分水口的分水分沙及冲洗式沉沙池的设计运用开展了模型试验,对灌区进行了改建.分水口的导沙措施和沉沙池投入运用以后,取得了预期的效果.本文在分析现场观测资料的基础上,得出了分水口分水分沙关系、沉沙池淤积和冲刷的过程、水面比降的变化,以及清淤效果曲线,并进一步阐明了如何在更广泛的范围内,把这一经验用来解决低水头枢纽的引水防沙问题.

    In this paper, a multi-objective nonlinear programming model with conditional chance-constraints for the optimizatiort of planning ant oparation of single irrigation reservoir system has been constructed. It has taken into account that both of the auto-correlation of water flow into reservoir and the cross correlation between the water flow into reservoir and the irrigation water requirement of the irrigation district by means of stochastic approaches.     In this paper, a multi-objective nonlinear programming model with conditional chance-constraints for the optimizatiort of planning ant oparation of single irrigation reservoir system has been constructed. It has taken into account that both of the auto-correlation of water flow into reservoir and the cross correlation between the water flow into reservoir and the irrigation water requirement of the irrigation district by means of stochastic approaches. A feasible procedure for solving this mgdel—twostep iteration method has been proposed as well. Finally, an example of application of this model in comparision with others is given. The calculation has been carried out on the computer TQ—16, and the satisfactory results were obtained.

    本文应用随机方法,针对单一灌溉水库系统最优规划与运行问题,建立了一个既考虑系统入流自相关,又考虑系统入流与灌区需水量之间互相关的多目际、条件机迂约束的非线性规划模型;并针对这类模型提出了一种可行的求解方法—两级迭代法;最后以同一实例,用不同性质的模型在TQ—16型电子计算机上求解,获得了满意的结果。
