杀虫双是由我国研制并开发的沙蚕毒系农药新品种。为了全面评价它的环境安全性,本文应用放射性同位素示踪技术研究了硫-35标记的杀虫双对农业生态环境的影响。结果表明:~(35)S-杀虫双在土壤中的吸附性甚小,转动性较大,能随水迁移。在土壤和水中比较稳定,降解缓慢,降解物为沙蚕毒素;而它在土壤中的移动性较其母体小。~(35)S-杀虫双被草鱼通过饵料经口和呼吸吸收进入鱼体后,一旦切断“污染源”,可以迅速排至体外;经口进入禽(鸡)、鸟(鹌鹑)体内后,能迅速地随粪便排至体外;在辛醇-水体系中分配系数极小,无生物浓缩现象;以瓷土或粘土为填料的颗粒剂遇水其有效成分的释放是迅速而彻底的。

The toxicity and pigments of the water-bloom varied with seasons. From August to September, the Microcystis bloom showed the lowest toxicity, while the highest toxicity was detected in December (LD_(50) 24.4mg/kg mouse wt.). Studies of the pharmacological characteristics of the toxin and the comparison of the clinical symptoms induced by these toxins through different routes ( intracerebral and intraperitoneal) have also been made.

1984年至1986年间武汉东湖(包括湖边池塘)的水华有7种,即铜绿微囊藻、大型铜绿微囊藻、边缘微囊藻、水华鱼腥藻、卷曲鱼腥藻、美丽颤藻和束丝藻。经生物测定,除束丝藻未测、卷曲鱼腥藻和美丽颤藻未测出毒性外,其余4种皆为有毒水华。东湖的水华随着季节变化而有不同类型的更迭,其出现格局为:卷曲鱼腥藻、微囊藻、颤藻、微囊藻。微囊藻水华的毒性在不同季节也有较大差异,毒性最低在8—9月份,最高在12月份(LD_(50)=24mg/kg鼠重),随着温度的降低而提高。讨论了某些环境参数与微囊藻水华形成及其毒性变化的关系。此外,还用脑内注射和腹腔注射方法,研究了微囊藻毒素的毒性表现。
