They play a certain role in application of rapeseed meal to animal husbandry. Physical, chemical and biological methods which process antinutritional factors of rapeseed...

In rapeseed meal there are many kinds of antinutritional factors, which cause animal goiter and inferior animal products. Some measures have been taken in the design of ration formulation such as restricting rate of rapeseed meal, incorporating of many kinds of plant protein, Strengthening of nutrients and using of speeialy purposeful additives. They play a certain role in application of rapeseed meal to animal husbandry. Physical, chemical and biological methods which process antinutritional factors of rapeseed meal have shown good detoxification results, but have less industrializing production. The present bred low-toxin rapeseed breeds exbibite a good adaptation to animal husbandry, but have some defects, So improvement of breed is a key way in further diminishing antinutritional factors in rapeseed meal.

菜籽饼中含有多种抗营养因子,可引起畜禽甲状腺肿大、畜产品品质降低等。日粮配合设计中采取限量、多种植物蛋白配合、营养强化和使用专用添加剂等措施可使菜籽饼在畜牧业中发挥一定的作用。对菜籽饼中抗营养因子去毒处理,物理法、化学法和生物法皆表现了较好的效果,但很少适用于工业化生产。目前培育出的低毒品种正在畜牧业中显示了较好的适用价值,但仍存在着问题,遗传改良是进一步限制菜籽饼中抗营养因子含量的根本途径。

Experiments were conducted with two different races and their crude toxin. The results showed that toxicity of crude toxin was similar to the virulence of the pathogen to rice varieties when both of them were injected into plants at the periods of leaf duration and panical duration respectively. The differential interaction often appeared between rice varieties and pathogen races in rice blast disease but there existed just in a few combinations between varieties and crude toxin in this study....

The correspondence with pathogenicity of crude toxin to leaves and cars of rice plants was more remarkablethan that of pathogen.

分别用稻瘟病菌及其制备的粗毒素注射心叶和穗苞,结果表明,粗毒素对水稻叶部及穗部的毒性与产毒菌株对水稻的致病力基本相似.水稻品种与病菌小种之间的分化性互作,仅在个别品种与粗毒素的组合中表现出来.这种分化性互作是特殊情况还是较普遍存在的现象,仍然有必要进一步查明.粗毒素对水稻品种叶都与穗部毒性的一致性比病菌致病力的一致性更显著.
