A new method, Time-Developed Ion Scattering Spectroscopy ( TDI-SS ) , was utilized to measure the coverage of gases on samples in ultra-high vacuum systems( UHV). As well known coverage data are very important for catalysis and surface science researches, but few means can be reliable enough to give precise values conveniently. Despite ISS has long been used to investigate the interaction between adsorba-tes and substrate with its unique monolayer -detecting ability, the preferential sputter of the incident ions to the adsorbates often prevents its being used as a good tool for coverage measurement.In this work the measured energy of the scattered ious was fixed at that corresponding to Rh to record the ISS signal in a time-based way during gas chemisorption, resulting in symptotic sorption isotherms. From the data it can be found that the TD1SS curves of adsorbates and substrate are mirror-symmetric, so that the signal of the substrate, which is two orders of magnitude stronger than that of the adsorbate, can be used to deal with the sorption process.With a TDISS curve, the height at the beginning represents the amount of surface Rh atoms on clean surface, while during chemisorption the height of the curve represents that of Rh atoms still accessible to incident ions. Therefore the height difference between the ISS signals of clean and covered Rh surfaces was correspondent to the amount of covered Rh atoms, and the coverage was defined as the ratio between this differ-

本文介绍一种新的在超高真空装置内测量样品上气体覆盖度的方法:时间相关离子散射谱(TDISS).作者使用100 eV的He~+离子入射,测量了不同暴露量的氧、CO、丙烯和氢在Rh(111)表面上的覆盖度.使用前三种气体的实验取得了满意的结果,可以迅速地获得吸附等温线形式的气体暴露量和覆盖度间的关系曲线;氢覆盖度的测量效果不理想,原因在于入射离子对其强溅射作用.文中分析了这一方法的优缺点,并预示了下一步工作的方向,即将此法的应用推广到多晶、薄膜、粉末样品及多组元样品.

A gas chromatographic method without derivatization was established for residue analysis of 10 organonitrogen pesticides in soil, water, cereals, fruit and vegetable. The samples were blended or shaken with acetone for extraction and the extracts were partitioned with dichloromethane. After cleaning up the organic phase by coagulation or chromatographic method, the residue was detected using gas chromatography coupled with NPD and a 100cm long, 2mm id glass column packed with 5% OV-17/Gas Chrom Q (80-100)....

A gas chromatographic method without derivatization was established for residue analysis of 10 organonitrogen pesticides in soil, water, cereals, fruit and vegetable. The samples were blended or shaken with acetone for extraction and the extracts were partitioned with dichloromethane. After cleaning up the organic phase by coagulation or chromatographic method, the residue was detected using gas chromatography coupled with NPD and a 100cm long, 2mm id glass column packed with 5% OV-17/Gas Chrom Q (80-100). The procedure was applied to the simultaneous determination of 10 organonitrogen pesticide residues in eight substrates with satisfactory recovery (81.76-102.03%),variant coeffiaent (0.52-10.33%) and detect-ability (0.0004-0.0218 ppm).

提出了用气相色谱直接测定水、土、粮食水果和蔬菜中10种有机氮农药多残留的分析方法.样品采用丙酮振荡或组织捣碎提取,二氯甲烷萃取,经凝结或柱层析法净化.使用Sigma2型带NPD的气谱仪测定.气谱柱长1m,内径0.2cm,填充5%OV-17/Gas Chrom Q(80—100目),该柱在恒温的色谱条件下能将10种有机氮农药完全分离.通过方法回收率及八种类型样品的添加回收率证实方法的可靠及可行性,共添加回收率为81.76—102.03%,变异系数0.52—10.33%,最低检测浓度为0.0004—0.0218ppm.

By using BsNPV DNA, HSV DNA and λDNA, the paper reported the re suits of the influence of ionic strength, pH value, reaction temperature and time on the labeling process of DNA with radioactive iodine in the presence of thallic chloride.When pH value was 4.8—4.9, ionic strength(Na~+)was 0.1mol/L, the temperature was 70℃ and the reaction time was 30 minutes, very high specific activity can be yielded. The percentage of ~(12)Ⅰ bound to DNA is 10—30% and the specific activity of DNA probe is over 10~8 cpm/μg DNA....

本文报道以油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒(BsNPV)DNA、单纯疤疹病毒(HSV)DNA、λDNA为材料,用国产~(125)I-碘化钠制备探针。探讨了离子强度,pH值、反应温度及时间诸因素对以三氯化铊为氧化剂核酸标记的影响。在pH值为4.8—4.9,离子强度(以Na~+计)为0.1mol/L、反应温度为70℃、时间为30分钟条件下,可获得高比活性的产物。~(125)I的掺入率在10—30%之间,探针的比活性可超过10~6cpm/μgDNA。点杂交结果显示,探针最低可检测出1Pg同源DNA,探针的特异性强,存放于-20%冰箱的探针在两个月内最低检测量没有明显变化。
