This article reviews the new subject of Metallurgical Reaction Engineering (MRE), which is rapidly developing in the metallurpical field recently all over the world. 本文对近年来在国际上获得迅速发展的钢铁冶金领域中的新兴学科——冶金反应工程学的基本内容做了扼要的介绍.结合铁矿粉烧结过程和高炉冶炼过程阐述了静态过程的一般分析方法和理论,并举例说明了利用反应工程学方法得到的数学模型对实际过程进行数学模拟的结果.积极开展冶金反应工程学研究必将促进我国冶金理论研究和生产技术的现代化.

In the paper the metallurgical properies of the B2O3-bearing syuthetic blast furnace type slags have been studied.B2O3 plays a role in the CaO-MgO-SiO2-Al2O3 system as a flux to decrease the viscosity and the characteristic melting temperature of slags (See Fig l-3 and Table 2). The B2O3-bearing high magnesia slags possess a viscosity and the chracteristic melting temperature appropriate to blast furnace operation.For instance,better desulphurization of the slags containing 25% MgO and 12%B2O3 as CaO/SiO2=1...

The slag basicity expressed by the ratio CaO/SiO2 is still an essential criterion for desulphurizing ability. Behavior of baron is similar to that of silicon in reduction as they are oxidated.The reduction of SiO2 in slag has been accelerated in the presence of B2O3.

本文研究了高炉型含B_2O_3合成渣的冶金性能。B_2O_3在CaO-MgO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3四元渣系中起助熔剂作用,它能降低炉渣的粘度和熔化性温度(见图1—3及表2)。含硼高镁渣具有适宜高炉冶炼的粘度和熔化性温度,例如当炉渣含MgO 25%,B_2O_3 12%且CaO/SiO_2为1.0时,其熔化性温度大约为1300℃,含硼炉渣脱硫性能良好(图 5、6)。CaO/SiO_2仍然是判别脱硫能力的主要因素。硅和硼的氧化物的还原行为相近,B_2O_3的存在促进了渣中SiO_2的还原。
