The technology of explosive bonding and properties of sample joints of NbTi-Cu multifilament superconductors are reported in this paper. The explosive bonding device and experiments carried out for determining the making-up prescription and bonding parameters are described. A number of explosive bonding experiments were carried out with superconductors of two kinds of cross-sections (7×3.6 mm, Cu:NbTi= 10, 204 filaments and 3.6×1.8mm, Cu:NbTi= 5, 174 filaments). The bonded superconductive joints are satisfactory....

The technology of explosive bonding and properties of sample joints of NbTi-Cu multifilament superconductors are reported in this paper. The explosive bonding device and experiments carried out for determining the making-up prescription and bonding parameters are described. A number of explosive bonding experiments were carried out with superconductors of two kinds of cross-sections (7×3.6 mm, Cu:NbTi= 10, 204 filaments and 3.6×1.8mm, Cu:NbTi= 5, 174 filaments). The bonded superconductive joints are satisfactory. Excellent metallurgical bonding is found in all units including the NbTi filaments. After some easy repairs, the size and shape at the position of the joint are as the same as the superconductor body itself. The joints have excellent bending property and high tensile strength (33.1 kg/mm2 at room temperature and 43.6 kg/mm2 liquid nitrogen, corresponding to 97.3% and 100% of the tensile strength of the superconductor at the same conditions respectively). The superconductive joints with the cross section of 3.6×1.8 mm (at 4.2 K, 5T) have the critical current of 1801 A, corresponding to 90% of that of the superconductor at the same conditions. The research results can be applied to the field of bonding the superconductors of the similar cross sections.

From the viewpoint of stability and ac loss, the design method of the main parameters (filament diameter d, composite diameter D and twist pitch lp) of the multi-filamentary superconducting composite for a pulsed magnet is described. Applying this method, two kinds of Cu-CuNi-NbTi three-component multifilamentary composites, of which the average transverse effective resistivities of matrix and NbTi filament diameters are about 2×10-6Ω·cm, 10μm and 2×10-7Ω·cm, 6μm respectively, have been successfully fabricated....

The purified metallurgical silicon is unidirectionally solidificated on a graphite plate to form the polycrystal silicon substrate, then the silicon film is chemical vapor deposited to form p-n junction. The AMO efficiency of solar cells was up to 4.5% (about 5.2% for AM1), the area of cells is 9-10cm2. Analysis of impurity is also carried out for the silicon material.

以石墨为基片,将纯化的冶金硅单向结晶成多晶硅衬底,再用化学气相沉积硅膜以形成p-n结。所制备的太阳电池,在AM0条件下最高效率可达4.5%(AM1条件下约5.2%),电池面积为9—10平方厘米。对硅材料中的杂质也进行了分析。
