The densities and viscosities for solutions of FeSO_4-Fe_2(SO_4)_3-H_2SO_4 were determined with density bottle and capillary viscosimeter at 294.75-341.15 K,0.1-0.8 mol/L of hydrogen ion and 0.1-0.8 mol/L of ferric and ferrous ion.
A critical review is given on the growth background, characteristics and the mechanism of SME in ferrous shape memory alloys with Fe-Mn-Si, Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni, Fe-Ni-Co-Ti and Fe-Ni-C systems etc.
The research result shows that the optimum pH values of alum,ferric chloride and ferrous sulphate are respectively 8.5, 8.5 and 9. At their optimal pH values,the optimial volums of these coagulants are 200mg/l,250mg/l and 400mg/l respectively.
