Objective.As a method to determine the characteristic partial oxygen pressure pe',by which the electronic conductivity of solid electrolyte is calculated,coulometric oxygen extraction technique using Ag as solvent has been newly developed with its simplicity and reliability in recent years.But,as reported in some previous works,with this method pe' values could be determined in so much that the measured temperature was limited only in the range of 1100-1630℃.An approach has thus been made to continuously determine pe' values of various solid electrolytes at different temperatures including those below 1100℃ and use Sn as solvent instead of Ag.It is necessary for solid electrolyte to check its lowest temperature for working.With coulometeric titration technique,a cell PtRh10%|O2(air)|ZrO2 based eletrolytelO(Agor sn)|Wwas electrified by an external current.Temperature range measured was from 500 to 1650℃ and correspondent cell emf values at different temperatures were measured continuously——attributable to the improved andstabilized 400Hz power.Among others several testing samples were chosen for reverse measuring from high temperature to lower.Relationship between cell emf and oxygen-sucking current for different solid electrolytes are given in Fig.3 and 4.It is shown that with the oxygen-sucking current increasing up to a certain value,the cell emf will increase no more and keeps constant since oxygen content in Ag or Sn solvent decreases to extremely low,i.e.po21<thermocouple PtRh6%~PtRh30%.Fig.2 Experimental apparatus1-Ar bottle 2-KOH 3-silica gel 4-P2O5 5-Mg chips deoxida-tion furnace 6-dust-collecting tube 7-capillary flowmeter 8-Mo wire furnace 9-cell 10-dust-collecting tube 11-mini-pump 12-buffer 13-KOH 14-silica gel 15-sieve sorbent; 16-P2O5; 17-capillary flowmeter 18-thermocouple; 19-potentiometre for temperature measurement; 20-digital voltmeter (>108Ω) ; 21-400Hz power; 22-voltage-stabilized DC supply.Fig 3 Dependence of cell emf on oxygen-sucking current,ZrO2 (+CaO 6.4%). 本工作采取库伦抽氧法,分别以银和锡做溶剂,连续测定了国产不同牌号的ZrO_2基固体电解质、美国产的MgO稳定的ZrO_2基固体电解质及作者研制的Bi_2O_3-Y_2O_3(27.5mol%)固体电解质从起始工作温度至1600~1650℃的电子导电特征氧分压与温度的关系,补充了1100℃以下固体电解质的p_(e′),数据,并对两种溶剂的测定结果进行了比较。同时确定了某些固体电解质的起始工作温度,可为选择适于低温用的固体电解质提供参考。

大港电厂1号炉主汽温调节系统在运行过程中主汽温波动过大;为寻找原因,改进系统,本文首先采用系统辨识方法,得到实际对象的数学模型,进一步找出了热电偶插入深度过浅等原因;在此基础上,对该系统做了改进和重新整定了调节器,使汽温调节系统满足运行要求。本文对有关试验过程做了详细介绍,并从理论上分析了热电偶插入深度对调节系统的影响。
