The experimental animals were all alive and healthy. Serial safety tests in medicine were also carried out. They showed that the effect of lithotripsy using this machine was safe and reliable. Preclinical trials chiefly involved monitoring and protection of the heart, technical measures for raising percentage of hits and investigation of preclinical trials on normal volunteers.

自1987年5月~12月,我们应用自行研制的“KDE I 型”体外震波碎石机治疗上泌尿系结石患者200例,取得满意疗效,总碎石率达99.5%。一般于治疗后2天即可开始排石;治疗后一月,162/200例(96%)患者X 线腹部平片可见结石碎片影消失。该机治疗并发症轻微。本文对病例的筛选,并发症的预防、治疗,以及影响碎石的因素均进行了讨论。

Experimental results indicate that UREA-N, SGPT, creatinine, AKP and γ-GT in blood have not any changes before and after shock wave exposure(P>0.05). After ESWL, kidney, lumbal vertebrae, spinal cord and paravertebral muscles have no obvious pathological damages except some mild cloudy swelling of the convoluted tubules of kidney and some hemorrhage of renal mucosa and subcapsular space under light and electron microscopes. Renogram shows that the C segment of renogram is obviously improved after ESWL(P<0.01). However, exposure to the thoracic area led to extensive fetal damage of pulmonary tissue as hemorrhage, edema and alveolar rupture in the laboratory dogs.

用国产KDE-1型碎石机对28只杂种犬进行体外震波碎石实验,观察其对犬机体组织器官的影响。结果震波前后血Urea-N、Creatinine、SGPT、AKP、γ-GT数值均无显著差异(P>0.05);震波后光镜及电镜检查提示,少数犬肾曲小管轻度浊肿,肾粘膜及被膜下出血;腰椎骨、脊髓及椎旁肌肉无明显病理改变、肾图提示震波后肾图C段较震波前明显改善(P<0.01),震波冲击犬胸腔,病理检查提示明显肺出血,水肿及肺泡破裂。
