Its colour removal rate is similar to bi-and tri- biological discs. The selected algal-bacteria can endure high pH value, and the pH value of the water from the second trough may reach the national standard.

    布质扁袋镶插藻菌转盘结构独特,处理染整废水的效果较好,它有一个较大的表面积,具强生物效应,有较强充氧能力,藻类的释氧能使水液DO维持在较高水平上,COD去除率达70~75.7%,BOD去除率达95.5~99.2%,氨氨去除率100%,脱氮脱磷效果明显,有一般生化二级和三级处理之功,色度去除率近似一般生物转盘。所选用的藻种能适应较高pH值的冲击,二级出水pH值能达到国家规定排放标准。

    The theory and practice of using chlorite bleaching wastewater to treat dyeing wastewater are presented in this article. Through experiments, the authors proved that this method is technically feasible and has good economic benefit.

    The dyed wastewater was treated generally by the multistage method which was expeesive and inefficient. This paper presents a method of utilizing dyed wastewater circularly. The results obtained from Chuanchow Chemical Fiber Thread Factory reveal a saving of 5-10% industrial dyes and 30-50% raw materials, and a reductior of 50% high concentrated wastewater.

    国内化纤线厂染色废水的治理普遍采用多级处理方法,成本高,治理率低。福建泉州线厂采用染色废水循环利用技术,节约染料5—10%;辅助原料30—50%,减少高浓度染色废水50%。
