The influence of the degree of La ion exchange on the catalytic activity, acidity and the stability of LaHY zeolite system after thermal and hydrothermal pretreatment has been studied. Results showed that La is effective in making zeolite more resistant to structure collapse and aluminum removal. The influence of the La content depends to a certain extent on the conditions of pretreatment. The influence of the degree of La ion exchange on the catalytic activity, acidity and the stability of LaHY zeolite system after thermal and hydrothermal pretreatment has been studied. Results showed that La is effective in making zeolite more resistant to structure collapse and aluminum removal. The influence of the La content depends to a certain extent on the conditions of pretreatment. Upon moderate thermal or hydro-thermal treatment, as the degree of La ion exchange increases from 20 to 70%, the catalytic activity remains unchanged, but as the degree of La ion exchange exceeds 80% the activity decreases notably. Upon high temperature hydrothermal treatment, the catalytic activity gets a maximum at about 75-90% of La ion exchange. It was found that LaHY after calcination at 540℃,both Bronsted and Lewis acidic sites can be identified by IR spectra of chemisorbed pyridine. As La ion exchange is about 80%, absorption band of the specific La cation-pyridine complex was observed. It is of interest to note that the cumene cracking activity can be correlated with the acidity with H0=-5.6. DTA and the location of nonframework ions found by X-ray diffraction showed that La ions prefer to locate in B-cages and thus possibly form stable complex. The mechanism involving the formation of acidic hydroxyl groups and the stabilizing effect on the faujasite structure by La ions were also discussed.

A series of ultrastable Y zeolite samples have been prepared under various conditions. The samples show a considerable unit cell shrinkage and have a high degree of thermal stability and hydrothermal stability. The degree of crystallinity is largely over 80%. A series of ultrastable Y zeolite samples have been prepared under various conditions. The samples show a considerable unit cell shrinkage and have a high degree of thermal stability and hydrothermal stability. The degree of crystallinity is largely over 80%. The samples also exhibit a strong acidic property involving both Bronsted acid and Lewis acid and have cracking activities comparable with LaHY zeolite. Studies of the hydrothermal stability of the acidic sites of the ultrastable Y zeolite demonstrated that 100% steam treatment at temperatures over 780℃ it eliminate almost all stronger acidic sites. Cation exchange experiment showed that Al cations formed in the stabilization step can be exchanged by NH4+.Finally the general regularities of preparation and the properties of the ultrastable Y zeolite were discussed.

采用不同条件制备了一系列超稳Y沸石样品。样品都有明显的晶胞收缩,结晶度大都在80%以上,有很高的热稳定性和水热稳定性;有较强的酸性,既有质子酸又有非质子酸,有和LaHY沸石相当的裂解活性。研究超稳Y沸石样品酸性中心的水热稳定性表明,用100%水蒸汽处理时,温度780℃以上,较强的酸中心几乎全部丧失。阳离子交换实验表明,沸石稳定化期间所形成的阳离子Al可被NH_4~+交换。最后讨论了超稳Y沸石的制备规律及其性能。

There is a linear dependence between the relative intensity I_(9·6)/I_(25·6) of peaks at 2θ on X-ray diffraction pattern of synthesised mordenite and the ratios OH~-/Al_2O_3 and Na+/Al_2O_3 in the hydrothermal system.The intensities affect evidently both adsorption and catalysis properties of products.

合成丝光沸石的X-光衍射圈中CuKa2θ处峰相对强度I_(9·6)/I_(25·6)和I_(15·8)/I_(25·6)与体系中OH~-/Al_2O_3及Na~+/Al_2O_3比值呈线性关系,该相对强度值对产品的吸附和催化性能均有明显影响。
