This paper introduces the basic principle of the slack incremental dynamic programming. Through a pilot calculation of our model system and the power network in east Heilongjiang province, it is proved that the application of this programming in economic scheduling of a combined hydrothermal system is feasible, and that this programming is of monotonic convergency. A model of stochastic production simulation in hydrothermal systems is presented, which uses two Gram-Charlier expansions to represent the left side and the right side of an equivalent load duration curve (ELDC) respectively. Combining a speedy technique in dealing with multiple hydroelectric stations with the concept of unsupplied energy, the algorithm presented is not only accurate, but also flexible and very fast. 文中运用两种格莱姆-查利尔展开分别近似等效负荷持续曲线ELDC的左右两部分,将快速处理水电的技巧和不可供电能的概念相结合,使模型对水电的处理能既细致准确,又快速灵活。文中的算例表明,本文模型在水火电电混合系统中的应用是比较成功的。

This paper deals with the decomposition, coordination and optimization techniques using three and two level coordination structures for optimal scheduling of large hydrothermal systems with cascaded hydro-plants. Sensitivity method and fast convex quadratic programming approach are proposed to avoid linear search ealculations, resulting in a considerable reduction of computer memory and time requirements. A corresponding practical program was developed and adopted by a large power system.

本文研究了大型水火电力系统经济调度采用二级及三级协调结构时的分解、协调和优化方法。提出了A协调级的灵敏系数法和水电子系统采用的快速二次规划法和关联预测法。避免了一维搜索,大大提高了计算速度和减少了计算机存储量。编制的实用程序,已被某大系统所采用。
