The compression strength of cementing material at 28 d is up to 22.5 MPa that is prepared with 40% 32.5R cement,58% fine ground steel slag and 2% saltcake. The strength of hollow block is up to MU10 and its durability meets the requirement of GB 8239-97taking the cementing material and broken steel slag as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate.
Casting was used to prepare a cementing material of metakaolinite and phosphate (the molar ratio of P2O5 to Al2O3 is 0.202), which had high strength and setting property. It shows that the cementing material prepared with metakaolinite of medium partical size 1.80 μm could completely set in 6 h and has a compressive strength of 92.5 MPa in 7 d.
After probe into mechanism of calcined plaster activating fly ash, the author thinks thatⅡtype of calcined plaster is the active CaO to fly ash glass network depolymerization effect in initial stage, later is sulphate activation effect of SO42- ion produced from slowly dissolving of CaSO4, druing high alkalinity, Al3+ presents crossed connection of and , therefore, accelerating C-S-H formation in cementing material, thus increase product strength.
The paper study the high strength and high performance concrete which has the properties of high mobility,high elastic modulus,low slump loss,shrinkage reducing and big ration of tension to compression etc while the unit cementing material use just is 540kg/m 3.
In this paper, the hydration of the carbide slag-fluidized furnace slag cementing material CF under 60℃/100℃ saturated steam are studied. The main physical mechanic properties of CF and CFA concrete are tested.
According to chemical analysis and SEM figure observation show that:the mechanism of strengthening and reduced shrinkage is principaaly due to the micropowder action of XF dust,the action of its chemical composition and Ca(OH) 2 from flyash cementing material produces C S H gel not soluble in water,and produces E salt with high strength and microexpand. 〔
