In order to draw a conclusion more objectively, the new material was compared with Portland cement, flyash cement and high-moisture solidifying backfill in performance on same conditions. Through the standardization of the decision matrix, was realized the unification of different dimension parameters which can have accurate comparison and the parameters which can be fuzzily determined only. Finally, subjective weighting, objective weighting and decision order were found by utilizing multi-factor classification method so that the comparative advantage of the new cementing material was established.

在矿用充填胶凝材料的研究中,以水淬钢渣为主要原料的胶凝材料的研究取得了较大突破,该材料以钢渣和少量石膏及激发剂组成。对其性能测试表明,其主要指标超过了普硅325水泥的要求,其主要缺点是抗风化能力较差,不适于地表工程。为了更客观地作出结论,将新材料在同样条件下和目前充填中常用的普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰水泥、高水固化材料胶凝材料进行了性能比较,并将可精确对比的不同量纲参数和只能模糊性判定的参数经过决策矩阵的规范化得以统一。最后,应用多因素赋权评分法,得到了主客观权重及方案排序,从而进一步确立了新型胶凝材料的比较优势。

It shows that the cementing material prepared with metakaolinite of medium partical size 1.80 μm could completely set in 6 h and has a compressive strength of 92.5 MPa in 7 d. The phase composition, micro- structure, and mechanism of setting reaction of the cementing materials were researched by infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The main phase of material still keeps amorphous state until 1 000 ℃, so it has better stability at high and medium temperatures. On the other hand, the refractoriness of the material reaches to 1 550 ℃ .
