To improve mining method is one of the chief ways to reduce ore dilution. The upward slicing-and-filling by tailing and then,cementing materials is an effective way which is not only applicable technically but also reasonable economically,however,the cement jissociation from cemented pillar is considerable and the intensity of pillars is poor that a part of ores would be lost.

The performance test was made in accordance with the national standards of cement and concrete, but some adjustments are made as the. following: the gel time is rested by manual mixing of pure slurry. Water quantity to be added in strength test of mortar is dependant upon fluidity.The results show when alkalinity of the blast furnace slag exceeds 0.96, the blast furnace slag can be used in shotcreting and cement in the concrete can be completely replaced.

介绍矿渣喷射混凝土胶结料的研究结果,目的是探讨工业废料取代喷射混凝土中水泥的可能性,胶结料采用以下方法研制:原料烘干-粉磨-计量-混合-均化-性能测试-优化,并使之性能达到预定指标,胶结料的性能测试参照国家有关水泥、混凝土的标准进行,但做如下调整:凝结时间测定采用手工拌制净浆;胶砂强度试验加水量依流动度而定,试验结果表明,当矿渣碱度大于0.96时可用于喷射混凝土中,并可完全取代水泥。
