A new cementing material was preponed with the flyash, black liquid, lime and phosphorous gypsum using the modifing black liquid as activated agent for flyash. The adding amount of flyash, lime, phosphorous gypsum and black liquid influence on the performance of cementing material had been discussed. A new cementing material was preponed with the flyash, black liquid, lime and phosphorous gypsum using the modifing black liquid as activated agent for flyash. The adding amount of flyash, lime, phosphorous gypsum and black liquid influence on the performance of cementing material had been discussed. The optimal technique parameters had been determined by the orthogonal test and indistinct mathematics. The test result showed that the compressive strength of the new material can achieve over 20 MPa and have good resistance of water. The preparation process of the new material is brief and the cost is low.

叙述高钛型绿色胶凝材料的研制过程,就高钛水渣与磷矿渣比例、碱的类型及掺量、高钛水渣粉的机械活化与碱激发的复合作用和早强碱质组分CX等对试体强度的影响进行较为系统的研究,配制出的高钛型绿色胶凝材料强度等级(参照普通硅酸盐标准)不低于62.5R。
