本文从胶凝材料凝结硬化的机理出发,通过试验表明碾压混凝土凝结过程对外力的阻抗存在明显的转折点,并论证该转折点对应的时间即为混凝土的初凝时间。通过大量试验分析研究环境温度、相对湿度及风速等因素对碾压混凝土初凝时间及相应贯入阻力的影响规律,并通过计算建立相互之间的数学模型。提出使用电子贯入阻力仪和建立的数学模型快速判断碾压混凝土凝结状态的方法,通过现场实际使用和检验,表明提出的方法可以达到快速、准确判断施工层面碾压混凝土凝结状态的目的,以确保层面粘结质量。
