本文尝试用可靠性设计概念去分析断裂力学K-准则。在裂纹扩展阻力K_C 和裂纹扩展驱动力K 是服从正态分布的随机变量函敉的情况,将可靠性看作是裂纹扩展阻力K_C 超过裂纹扩展驱动力K 的概率。从而得出可靠性设计基本方程式。并导出了作为多元随机变量函数K 的均值和标准偏差的精确表达式。对有表面裂纹的高强度钢制薄壁压力容器“先漏后爆”进行了可靠性断裂力学分析、予测了爆破压力,并与全尺寸爆破试验结果进行了比较。证明了可靠性指标是优越的。

On summarizing the past studies, in this paper a fuzzy restricted condition is established and the formulation of the problem is cleared out. Under the formulation, the unique solution of the deterministic mathematics became a fuzzy interval set of the solution. The length of the solution set is always smaller than the allowable calculated error for a given surface of sliding. Under the formulation, the unique solution of the deterministic mathematics became a fuzzy interval set of the solution. The length of the solution set is always smaller than the allowable calculated error for a given surface of sliding. Consequently, the whole solution interval can be represented by any point on the set. Correspondingly, under the calculating conditions, we use double complex method to find the minimum safty factor of the examing earth region. It also represents a fuzzy interval set of the minimum safty factor solution; its upper and lower bounds are estimated by the allowable error of the calculation. Electric computer method and theorectical analysis, as compares with ordinary method, have shown that the calculation results, using the method described in this paper, coinc'ide with the engineering conception of the conventional and allowable safty factor.

本文在总结前人工作的基础上,建立了模糊约束条件,明确了问题的提法。在此提法下,确定性数学的唯一解,变成了一个解的模糊区间集。对于一个给定的滑动面,此解集的长度常小于允许计算误差,因此可以用集上任意一个点来代表整个解区间。与此相应,我们用二重复形法来寻求计算情况下考察土域的最小安全系数,它同样代表了一个最小安全系数解的模糊区间集,並且可以用允许计算误差来估计它的上、下界。 和常用方法的对比电算及理论分析表明,本文建立的方法的计算成果,是和传统的允许安全系数的工程观念相适应的。

Recently the elasto-plastic FEM has been used in many projects to ana-lyze the destabilization process of concrete dams with their rock foundations containing soft interstitial materials. However the results show that it is difficult to assess the safty factor for designer's use by this method because no sharp turning can be found near the critical load on the Displacement-Load curve.In stead of the-elasto-plastic FEM, the elasto-visco-plastic FEM is suggested in this-paper to determine the safty factor in the stability analysis of concrete dams and their rock foundations. After a brief introduction of the elasto-visco-plastic theory the corresponding constitutive law is introduced into non-linear stress analysis. Some examples, are given with their results compared with those obtained by using elasto-plastic FEM. The comparison shows that by means of the method suggested by the authors it is easier to determine the safty factor because of the high sensi-bility of the displacement to a very small load increment above the critical point on the Displaqement-Load curve and more reasonable process of the development and linking-up of the plasticized zone can be obtained.

目前,许多工程都使用弹塑性有限元方法来分析基础中有软弱夹层的混凝土坝的失稳过程和安全度。然而计算结果表明:由于在用这种方法求出的荷载与位移的关系曲线上,临界荷载的位置往往难以确定,同时从应力成果也很难看出坝基中塑性区的发展以及塑化带逐步贯通的明确过程,因而难以为设计提供准确的安全系数。 本文建议用弹粘塑性有限元法求解抗滑稳定安全系数。在简述弹粘塑性有限元理论的基础上,本文把弹粘塑性本构关系作为非线性应力的计算手段引入坝体及其基础的抗滑稳定分析中,并把计算结果和弹塑性方法的结果进行了比较。比较表明:在用弹粘塑性方法求出的荷载与位移的关系曲线上,一旦超过临界荷载,对荷载的微小增量来说,位移增长幅度明显,因而能够为设计提供较精确的安全系数值,同时该法求出的塑性区及塑化带的发展贯通过程也更为合理。
