A study of distribution of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus (V.P.)in shellfish cultural field at Xiamen and Jiulong River Estuary wascarried out during March to June each year from 1982 to 1984.In waterand sediment the number of V.P.was found to be closely correlated tothe temperature,but as to the body of oyster the effect was not obvi-ous.Moreover,the distribution of V.P.in different niche was investi-gated.

本文检测了 vibrio parahaemolyticus、vibrio alginolyticus、vibrio fluvialis 和 vibricvulnificus 等四种致病性弧菌在贝类养殖中的数量变化及相关因素。结果表明,四种弧菌的检出率,无论是海水、海泥或牡蛎样品,都与各样品的细菌总数(活菌)不呈正相关,而与环境温度关系密切;在同一时期内,不同地点的养殖场,四种弧菌的检出率有显著差异;在同一地点的不同环境中,它们的检出率也不同;各种弧菌检出率,以 V.alginolyticus 最高,V.parahuemolytitus 次之,其余两种较为稀少;在本海域环境中,占主要的生化类群:V.alginolytitus 为Ⅰ群,V.parahaemolyticus 为Ⅶ群,V.fluvialis 为Ⅲ群,V.vulnificus 为Ⅴ群。
