The apple twig carambycid [Linda nigroscutata (Fairm.)] is one of the most important pests of apple tree and other plants of Rosaceae in Yunnan province.Under normal condition one year is sufficient for this insect to complete the life cycle. It hibernats as full grown larva in the tunnel of infested twigs. Pupation takes place in April. Emergence takes place from late April to July, and the peak occurs at the middle of May. The apple twig carambycid [Linda nigroscutata (Fairm.)] is one of the most important pests of apple tree and other plants of Rosaceae in Yunnan province.Under normal condition one year is sufficient for this insect to complete the life cycle. It hibernats as full grown larva in the tunnel of infested twigs. Pupation takes place in April. Emergence takes place from late April to July, and the peak occurs at the middle of May. Eggs are laid singly in the T-shaped oviposition niche made on the twig by the female larvae hatch mostly from June to July.The following control measures are advocated: infested twigs should be cut off in order to get rid of the overwintering larvae at time of winter pruning. During the period of egg-hatching, repeated pruning should be made to cut off the wilting twigs damaged by the early instar larvae. If there remain some larvae boring into last year or even older branches, they should be killed by injecting DDVP dilution into the larvae tunnel.

苹果赤筒天牛是云南省发展果树的一大害虫,幼虫蛀食当年新梢,并能向下蛀食二年生甚至三年生枝条。被害枝条被蛀空,影响生长和产量,且能导致树枝腐烂。此虫在正常条件下一年一代,以末龄幼虫在被害枝内越冬,次年4月化蛹,5月成虫盛发,6、7月亦有成虫出现。防治方法以消灭幼虫为主,6~8月及时将被害枝梢剪除,集中烧毁;在虫道深入较大枝条情况下,可注射DDVP于虫道内以杀灭幼虫。

The results of study showed that ladybirds,aphid lions and braconds were three main kinds of natural enemies in apple orchard in western Sichuan.The dominant ones are Stethorus punctillum,Harmonia axyrid is,Coccineella septem punctata.Chryscopa sinica and Chrysopa kulingesis Analysis of population niche and community diversity also showed that the natural enemies had strong follow abilily to pests in spatial and time alignment,suggesting their utilization prospect on controlling pest in apple orchard....

Time,space and nutrition multidimensional niches of main insect pest in gourd vegetables and competition among the species of insect pests are studied.The results showed that the highest multidimensional niche width is found in Aulacophora femoralis chinensis (0 3050)and the second is found in Trialeurodes vapororiorum (0.2505)and Aphis gossypii (0 2218);The highest multidimensional niche overlaps are found in Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Phyllotreta striolata(0.6012), followed by Plectotropis pseudopatula and Bradybaena ravida (0.5795) The multidimensional niches characteristitic value of guilds were used as similarities index of environmental resources exploitation.The competition and exploitation of guilds to environmental resoruces is discussed.Three competition guilds and 2 isolated species were identified for 10 species of insect pests by the method of clustering analysis of the nearest distance.

研究了瓜类主要害虫的时间、空间、营养生态位及各害虫种间的竞争状况。结果表明:时间、空间、营养多维生态位宽度最大的是黄守瓜(0.3050),其次是温室白粉虱和棉蚜(分别为0.2505和0.2218)。多维生态位重叠值最大的是朱砂叶螨和黄曲条跳甲(0.6012),其次是假穴扭索螺与灰巴蜗牛(0.5795)。同时以时间、空间、营养多维生态位特征值为物种对环境资源利用的相似性指标,通过最短距离法聚类分析,将10种主要害虫划分为三个竞争群和两个分离种。
