Many search and optimtzation problems require the investigation of multiple local optima. In this paper, genetic algorithms for there problems are reviewed and a modified mutil_niche crowding method is developed. We use the estimation of the arrival directions of spatial emitters as an example to test the ability of our new method. The objctive functions are the spectrums estimated by the MUSIC method. It is shown by simulation that the modified algorithm which is more effcient than the formerly one can...

It is shown by simulation that the modified algorithm which is more effcient than the formerly one can find all the local optima of the objective functions and its computation consimption is at most one per cent of the conventional MUSIC meethod.

本文就遗传算法解决多极值函数优化问题的方法进行了分析总结,提出了一种基于多生境排挤机制的改进算法,并将其应用到MUSIC谱的谱峰搜索过程中。实验证明,改进后的方法较原算法计算效率更高,能够在一次搜索过程中同时确定目标函数多个极值点的位置。对于MUSIC谱谱峰搜索问题,计算量较等步长遍历搜索节省在两个数量级以上.

Genetic algorithms (GAs) were used to develop an automatic optimizing method called GMNN (Genetic Multilayer Neural Network) for feedforward multilayer neural networks. The method simultaneously searches the satisfied structure and weights of the network. Simulated annealing algorithms, BP algorithms and niche technology are used in the method. The initial results of experiments indicate that this method can quickly find the satisfied network and that the network has good generalization performance....

提出了一种基于遗传算法的前馈神经网络的自动化设计方法 (genetic m ultilayer neural network,GMNN ) ,用以同时完成对网络结构空间和权值空间的搜索。该算法利用模拟退火算法、 BP算法和小生境技术来加快算法的收敛速度 ,改善解的性能。初步实验结果表明 ,该方法的收敛速度较快 ,由此得到的神经网络的泛化能力也较好 ,能够达到根据训练样本自动优化设计多层前馈式神经网络的目的。

The network structure can be automatically confirmed without human interposition.

将径向基函数 (RBF)神经网络引入色谱重叠峰解析领域·为了使RBF神经网络能适应于色谱重叠峰解析的需要 ,先在RBF神经网络学习算法中引入了基于可行域约束和共享小生境技术的遗传算法 ,而后又用两阶段遗传学习算法训练该神经网络以使其具有了结构自学习和参数优化的能力 ,适应于组分数未知的色谱重叠峰解析的需要 ,最后又将柱效关系引入至遗传算法的适应度函数中 ,极大地限制了解的空间 ,减少了病态解发生的概率·实验表明本方法解析精度较高 ,很适用于多组分色谱重叠峰解析 ,并且具有不需人为干预 ,自动确定网络结构即组分数的优点
