采用溶胶-凝胶法,在氧化铟锡(ITO)玻璃基质上制备氧化钨电致变色薄膜。前驱体钨酸钠经阳离子交换得到钨酸溶液,讨论了乙醇和聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为添加剂和热处理温度对薄膜性能的影响。测试结果表明,经过75℃热处理的薄膜具有变色明显、响应时间短(数秒钟)、着色稳定等特点,并有较长的循环使用寿命(600次以上)。
