The paper introduced an industrial test(300 t/a) in which sucrose fatty acid esters(SE) were synthesized by transesterification of fatty acid ethyl esters with sucrose in propylene glycol solvent.
With n(potassium dichromate)∶n(sulfuric acid)∶n(1,2 propanediol)=1 0∶4 0∶(1 5-2 5),1,2 propylene glycol was oxidized with acidic aqueous potassium dichromate solution at 60-70 ℃ by bubbling nitrogen and adding the materials for 1 5 h while the solution was distilled.
In the solution which containing water,alcohol,propylene glycol,laurocapam(8∶85∶5∶2,% w/v) the percutaneous penetration rate of ACV was 180.83±25.5(μg·cm -2 ·h -1 ).
