A thorough study of the relationship between the hydraulic activity and the structure of granulated blast-furnace slags is of great importance to reveal the es- sence of the latent binding property possessed by slags. In the present paper the merits and demerits both of chemical analysis and of strength test which are in common use, and with which the hydraulic activity of slags is characterized have been reviewed; the influence of various cations in the quarternary system of CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 on the structure...

A thorough study of the relationship between the hydraulic activity and the structure of granulated blast-furnace slags is of great importance to reveal the es- sence of the latent binding property possessed by slags. In the present paper the merits and demerits both of chemical analysis and of strength test which are in common use, and with which the hydraulic activity of slags is characterized have been reviewed; the influence of various cations in the quarternary system of CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 on the structure of slag glass analysed; an by applying the modern theory of glass structure, the criteria of measuring the hydraulic activity of vitreous Egt, Ent slag, and their calculation proposed. Experiments show that the calculated value of Egt and Ent is correlated under given conditions with the solubility of slags and the compressive strength of the slag coment.

深入研究粒状高炉矿渣的水硬活性与其结构的关系对揭示矿渣具有潜在胶凝性能的本质具有重要意义。本文评述了常用的表征矿渣水硬活性的化学分析法和强度试验法的优缺点;分析了CaO—MgO—Al_2O_3—S_1O_2四元体系中各种阳离子对矿渣玻璃体结构的影响;应用现代玻璃结构的理论,提出了衡量矿渣玻璃体水硬活性的指标(Egt,Ent)及其计算方法。试验表明,Egt和Ent的计算值和矿渣在一定条件下的溶出度及矿渣水泥的抗压度有一定的相关。

This paper described a metal converter in which vitreous carbon is employed as support. When NO2 has a concentration of 1.058-6.372mg/ m3, it could be quantitatively converted into NO at a space velocity of 40000hr-1 and under 100℃. Both rate of conversion and recovery are 100%. In the course of seven days' continuous and forty days' contiual operation, it shows no change in main characteristics and is free from NH3 interence.

According to mathematic statistical analyse, the factors inf1uencing fly ash activityvaried with the uses of fly ash for which different equations were derived to express theirrespective strength activities. For example, when fly ash is used as a partial replacementfor cement, its activity equation is as follows: Y_(28)=448.06-15.35X_1-1.89X_2+1.94X_3+73.47Xwhere: Y_(28)—regressive value for fly ash cement of 28 days compressive strength(kg/cm~2); X_1—content of fly ash grains of sizes>88μm(%); X_2—water requirement for fly ash cement under normal consistancy; X_3—content of low iron glass(%); X_4—content of SO_3(%). The activity equations established by the mathematic statistical method are relativelyhigh in accuracy, thus rendering possible the prediction of the activity of fly ash, especiallywhen it is used as cement admixture. As the activity of fly ash is somewhat varying whenit is applied to various uses, the aetivity equations should find their use in the rationalutilization of fly ash resources.

本文利用矿物分离方法从粉煤灰中分离出低铁玻珠、低铁多孔玻璃体、高铁玻珠及碳粒等粉煤灰的主要颗粒组分,并鉴定了这些组分的理化性质及活性。试验表明,低铁玻珠具有较高的活性,高铁玻珠的活性较低。采集了35种粉煤灰样,测定了它们的化学成分、矿物组成、物理性质及强度活性。通过多元线性回归分析,初步探明了粉煤灰在不同使用条件下影响强度活性的因素,求得复相关系数较高的强度活性方程,这对粉煤灰活性的评定及预测,特别是作为水泥、混凝土掺合料时的活性预测,及粉煤灰资源的开发具有一定的参考价值。
