The important function and effectiveness of human resource management (HRM) depend, to a large extent, on the attributes, education, training, and professional skills and level of human resource professionals. With secondary data analysis, this paper briefly reviewed the progress of HRM as an occupation in Europe. Based on a survey, presentation was given on the programs of education and training of HAM in universities of Europe. The education levels, study majors, employment situations and compensation levels of current HRM professionals were analyzed.

人力资源管理的重要作用在很大程度上依赖于从业人员的素质、所受的教育和培训以及他们的专业技能和水平。本文运用文献研究法,简要回顾了欧洲人力资源管理职业化过程,通过大量的调查数据,对欧洲各国人力资源管理专业人员的教育和培训情况进行了介绍和分析,对从业人员的学历水平、所学专业、在职培训及各种不同组织雇用人力资源管理专业人员的情况作了详细分析。最后,对我国人力资源管理专业人员的培养提出了建议。

针对管理者报酬与项目业绩关系不显著,从满足人的多种需要角度,提出建立报酬、控制权和声誉的系统激励约束机制。论文创新性地尝试从项目阶段去分析管理者报酬机制与控制权机制替代关系、报酬与负债的关系,以及声誉与传统激励约束机制的替代、互补关系。论文指出,如果能够系统地建立对代理人的激励约束机制,降低代理人的在职消费和约束代理人的“内部人控制”是可以实现的。全文的研究将有利于对激励约束机制之间的关系开展进一步深层次的研究。

Executive compensation level affects firm merger and acquisition activities.However,different theories hold distinct views.Behavioral decision theory argues that the former has a negative impact on the frequency of the latter,while managerialism holds the opposite view.Our empirical study on 1166 China listed companies support the managerialism view.Furthermore,executive stock ownership level does not show moderating effects on the above relationship.

企业高管的薪酬水平和企业并购行为的关系一直存在争议,行为决策理论认为它们是负相关的,而管理主义则持相反的观点。利用负二项回归方法对中国上市公司2001~2003年1166个样本进行研究发现,管理主义的观点更符合中国的实际情况,而且,高管持股水平对上述两者之间的关系不具有显著的调节作用。
