This paper deals with three ways of improving thefast-speed characteristics of open-loop control stepping motor servo system, to increase the linear displace ment per pulse, to raise the pulse frequency and to select the optimal distributed curves of pulse traim. The optimal acceleration curves can be selected by using torque-frequency characteristics. This paper describes a fast speed servo systems of power stepping motor which was designed for a big-type punch and shear automatic feed line. The systems mainly consist of the accelertion controller and the transistor source (200 volts). Its average speed is twenty meters per minute and the positional accuracy less than±1mm. The optimal acceleration curves and the minimal response of open-loop control stepping motor approxmately therefore can be found by using the acceleration-deceleration controller. In the present article experimental results for different loads are provided.

本文讨论了提高开环控制步进电动机伺服系统快速性的三个措施:增大脉冲当量,提高脉冲频率和选择脉冲序列最佳分布曲线,同时指出可以根据矩频特性来选择最佳加速曲线。文章介绍了为某厂大型冲压自动线送料而设计的功率步进电动机快速伺服系统。该系统主要是由升降速控制器及200~v晶体管电源组成,平均速度达20米/分以上,定位精度<±1~(mm)。用此升降速控制器可以近似找出功率步进电动机开环控制最佳加速曲线及最小响应时间。文章列举了对不同负载的试验结果。
