After treated with NTG at concentration of0,0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5,3and3.5g/L,Haematococcus pluvialis were collected and inoculated in Erlenmeyer flask at volumes100mL. Fatality rate was calculated at three days of inocuˉlation.
