With using magnesite-calcium brick as lining material of 45 t AOD refining units at Taiyuan Steel to replace magnesitechrome brick,establishing available AOD line baking procedure,shortening refining time,and controlling slag basicity CaO/SiO_2 =1.8～2.0,(CaO+MgO)/SiO_2=2.0～2.4,the 45 t AOD lining life has been increased to 189 heats from 50 heats.
通过采用镁钙砖取代镁铬砖作为太钢45 t AOD精炼炉的炉衬材料,制定合理的AOD炉衬烘烤制度,缩短精炼时间,控制炉渣碱度CaO/SiO2=1.8~2.0,(CaO+MgO)/SiO2=2.0~2.4,使45 t AOD炉龄由50炉次提高到189炉次。
With using improved AOD refining process to melt 18-8 stainless steel, the [S] decreased to 0.005% from original 0.008%, Cr 2O 3 average content in slag decreased to 0.73% from 6.78%, average life of furnace lining of magnesium dolomite increased to 100 heats from 56 heats.
Results The number of Ki-67+ cells in epithelial lining is related to that of S-100+ cells in cyst wall(P<0.05), however, there is no correlation between Ki-67+ cells and S-100+ cells in epithelial lining (P>0.05).
Methods: The proliferation of ADPKD cyst lining epithelial cells was detected by MTT assay after stimulated by 1,2.5,5 and 10 μmol/L 4 HPR for 24,48,72 and 96 h respectively. The effect of 4 HPR on the survival rate of cells stimulated by HGF was analyzed with trypan blue staining.
Of all Al 2 O 3 SiO 2 based materials, the Al 2 O 3 -3Al 2 O 3 ·2SiO 2 material is of the least adhesion for Al 2 O 3 grain in liquid steel. It is considered that using carbon free Al 2 O 3 -3Al 2 O 3 ·2SiO 2 material as inner lining material of submerged nozzle to resist Al 2 O 3 adhesion during continuous casting is feasible.
