The mothod is based on a reaction of nitrite with fuchsin to form a diazonium ion which couples with 2, 4-resorcinoi and produces an orange dye. The colour is stable and exhibits maximum absorption at 444nm with a molar absorption coefficient of 2.42×10~4 L/mol. cm. Bear's law is obeyed between O to 0.800 ppm. The relative standard deviation is 2.8% and the recovery is 87~95%.

系统研究了PVAF阴离子交换纤维对酸性橙Ⅱ的交换脱色特性及其主要影响因素。结果表明:PVAF对酸性染料脱色能力强,再生简便。吸附平衡浓度与吸附量关系符合Langmuir吸附等温式,求出了不同温度下交换脱色的热力学参数。Bangham方程能较好地反映体系动力学特征。
