This article reports 107 cases of acute viral myocarditis in adult life in 9 hospitals in Beijing. A history of U R I was obtained in 85%. Clinical symptoms and signs were palpitation, shortness of breath, chest trouble, chest pain, enlargement of the heart, decreased 1st heart sound, sinus tachycardia, gallop rhythm and pericardial frictional rub. The severest forms were cardial failure and Adams-Stock syndrome. ECG was very helpful for the diagnosis. 80% of this group of patients had been cured or much...

本文报告北京市九个医院急性病毒性心肌炎107例,有上感史者85%。临床症状及体征多为心慌、气短、胸闷、胸痛、心脏扩大、第一心音减弱、窦性心动过速、奔马律、心包摩擦音等,严重者有心力衰竭、阿斯综合征,心电图对本病诊断比较敏感。本组治疗痊愈及好转者80.3%,死亡率3.8%,长期留有后遗症心电图不正常者15.9%。对诊断及治疗进行了讨论。

In this paper, we consider an aeroelastic oscillator in a steady wind, which describes galloping and flutter of suspension bridges and some flexible elastic structures. The model and aerodynamic characteristics are intriduced by Parkinson and Brooks.With the method of qualitative analysis of differential equations, we obtain that there exist exactly three or two limit cycles in the aeroelastic oscillator.

This paper summarizes the seismic activity background and seismic anomalies, abnomal phenomena of precusory observations and their time-space-magnitude characteristics before the Datong-Yanggao earthquake swarm on October 18, 1989. Authors here presented the concrete time division of mid-range, short and impending stages and the link between both anomalous phenomena of seismic activities and precursory observations. The key role of short-impending stage of earthquake preparedness in earthquake prediction is emphasized. The short-period stage which has abundent information and wide-spread distribution formed a connecting link between the preceeding and the following, and lasted a longer time than the impending stage. Authors analyzed the characteristics of anomalous phenomena, especially the time-space distribution pattern and put forward a gallop model of intraplate dynamics with regional features, and synthetically explained a series of abnormal phenomena occurring several years before the earthquake swarm.

本文介绍了1989年10月18日大同—阳高震群前的地震活动背景及异常现象,前兆观测异常现象及其时、空、强特征。根据本次震群活动前异常现象特征给出了具体的中、短、临阶段的时间划分、地震活动与前兆观测两类异常现象之间的关联。并提出了地震孕育的短临阶段在地震预报中的关键作用。短期阶段承前启后,信息丰富且分布范围广,延续时间比临震阶段长。文中分析了异常现象的特征,特别是空间分布图象,应用板内动力学立交模型,综合解释了震前几年间出现的一系列异常现象。
