Results 11 alleles of D2S1399 and 9 alleles of D5S2500 were observed in the samples respectively, the observed heterozygosity (Ho) values, the discrimination power (DP) values and the power of exclusion(PE) values of D2S1399 and D5S2500 is 0.745 and 0.807, 0.958 and 0.917, 0.554 and 0.643, respectively.
Results Discrimination probability of D22S686, D22S533, D22S685, and D22S445 were 0.875,0.913, 0.923, and 0.840 respectively. Power of exclusion of D22S686, D22S533, D22S685, and D22S445 were 0.522, 0.538, 0.624, and 0.490 respectively.
Methods:Heparinase ASODN of four different sequences (ASODN-t1,t2,t3, and t4) and its controlled nonsense oligodeoxynucleotide (N-ODN) were designed and synthesized. The ODNs with the final concentration of 10 μmol/L, 20 μmol/L, and 30 μmol/L were delivered into A375 cells by Oligofectamine TM reagent. The viability of the cells was determined by the trypanblue exclusion test.
Methods NOR1cDNA was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1(+), recombinant eukaryotic expressing plasmid pcDNA3.1(+)/NOR1 was transiently introduced into human liver cancer cell line HepG2 mediated by cation iron lipofectamin. The biology effect of NOR1 on the liver cancer cells was analyzed through the MTT test, trypan blue exclusion assay and flowcytometric analysis.
Methods Hysteroscopic exclusion was performed in 27 patients who were confirmed as severe fibrous IUA by hysteroscopy between April 2000 and March 2003. Results All the 27 patients underwent 58 times of hysteroscopic exclusion: once in 12 patients, twice in 7 patients, 3 times in 3 patients, 4 times in 2 patients and 5 times in 3 patients.
Residual cardiac motion artifacts, severe calcification and poor opacification resulted 58%, 30% and 12% of 67 segments unevaluable, respectively. After exclusion of unevaluable segments or vessels, the sensitivity, specificity and positive and negative predictive value to identify >50% obstructive segments and main branches were 93%, 99%, 87%, 99% and 95%, 98%, 91%,99%,respectively.

This paper, by comparing the results of year-round exclusion, seasonal exclusion, and non-exclusion, quantified the vegetation variations under three different exclusion measures and their correlation to soil factors.
As a result of long-term removal of animal grazing, crust kept intact in year-round exclusion community, which was a main reason of community xerophytization.
