In this paper the authors discuss the mechanical model of the tip materials of hammer with which excitation of structure is carried out. The response function of the tip is measured according to the mechanical impedance principle. Then, the basic parameters of the tip materials are obtained by the least-square curve-fitting technic. Finally, the forms of the impulse signals in both time and frequency domain are simulated by computer and thus the frequency range and energy level are also given. The above...

In this paper the authors discuss the mechanical model of the tip materials of hammer with which excitation of structure is carried out. The response function of the tip is measured according to the mechanical impedance principle. Then, the basic parameters of the tip materials are obtained by the least-square curve-fitting technic. Finally, the forms of the impulse signals in both time and frequency domain are simulated by computer and thus the frequency range and energy level are also given. The above procedure provides an useful experimental method for identifying the dynamic characteristics of the tip materials. The force impulse forms obtained by means of this method is in accordance with the measured results. Moreover, the effects of the parameter variation to the force impulese form are also calculated and only a slight difference exists between the calcu lated values and the measured results.

本文着重讨论了脉冲激振时所使用的脉冲锤垫片的力学模型。应用机械阻抗法原理通过实验测定垫片的动态响应曲线,按最小二乘法进行曲线拟合,求出它的力学参数,进而由所得参数根据脉冲锤锤击被测系统的运动方程,由计算机模拟计算出脉冲力在时域和频域中的波形,并求得激振的频率范围和能级大小,为获得垫片材料的动态性能建立了一种实验识别的方法。用这个方法所得的力脉冲波形与实验验证的结果颇为吻合,此外,还对被激励系统参数在一定范围内的变化对力脉冲波形的影响进行了计算,结果表明其影响是很少的。

Based on the results of lab test, the paper analized and calculated the energy loss of hydraulic hammer piston in various working processes and outlined the quantitative calculation of hydraulic hammer efficency.

能量计算是空气锤设计理论的核心部分,而现用计算方法中缓冲部分的分段计算法使得计算程序过于繁琐,不利于设计人员使用。本文从理论上分析了缓冲对锤头运动规律的影响,从而提出简化缓冲的能量计算方案,其计算结果与原计算方法相比,误差只有40%。可见这一新计算方法是可以用于空气锤的设计的,可极大地减少设计工作量。
