To increase the recognitipn fate, the clustering technique according to phoneme sequence is used. The subgrouping for Chinese words is described based on the "four tones of Chinese pronunciation". The procedure for creating a reference vocabulary according to the strategy mentioned above is also presented in this paper. Although the memory size for this system is larger because of the increasing sufegroups, it will Have higher speed and accuracy for speech recognition.

本文提出一种包括英语和汉语在内,对有限单词并与说话人无关的语音识别系统。该系统是利用一系列的语音参数来描述待识别的语音信号,并与词汇表中相应的各参考语音多数比较判别。为了增加识别率,把各种语音信号接音素及其顺序分类。对于汉语类的语音信号,则进一步按汉语的“四声”声调划分子类。本文讨论了按此种分类方法生成参考语音参数表的方法和过程。本系统分类比较细,虽然这将导致要求计算机内存容量增加,但由于在同一语音类别中参考词汇数目相对地减少,这对提高识别速度和识别率均有利。

This paper reports our investigation of Chinese Woro recognition system using the linear prediction Cepstrum including selection of the feature parameter and proved the LPCC provides the accuracy higher than LPC. The recognition system proposed here provides the accuracy of 94.7-98.3% for 120 word vocabulary.

本文介绍了关于应用线性予测倒频谱的单词识别系统的研究工作,其中包括识别用特征参数选择及系统参数选择。实验证明线性予测倒频谱能提供较高的识别精度,在相同条件下它提供97.3%的识别率.而线性予测系数仅提供63.2%。它所用的特征提取计算时间仅比后者高2%。所研究系统在120个单词条件下,达到了94.7~98.3%的识别精度。

This paper reports an average Cepstral hierarchical method of spoken word recognition.Using DP and 12.8 mS LP Cepstrum(p=12),recognition accuracy was 96.4% for 120 words vocabulary and lossingrate of 1.94% included.A part of reason of lossing was described herealso.

本文介绍用线性予测倒频谱的平均值作为第一阶识别特征的阶层式识别法,其遗漏率约为2%,而识别速度约为非阶层式的9倍。文中还分析了产生遗漏的部分原因。
