In present application, a main problem of residual welding stress measurement by the small blind hole relaxation method is to improve its accuracy. The theory of the small blind-hole relaxation method comes from mechanics of elasticity. In present application, a main problem of residual welding stress measurement by the small blind hole relaxation method is to improve its accuracy. The theory of the small blind-hole relaxation method comes from mechanics of elasticity. In general, the values of constants were determined with a calibration specimen which was under uniaxial tension stress σ≤1/3σ_s. And then on-the-spot measurement was carried out. The authors believe that there was an error in determination of residual stress according to the calibration constants in range of elasticity while the magnitude of residual stress was comparatively large and an area around the hold yielded. The larger the magnitude of residual stress, the greater the error was. The measurement error in determining calibrations is about 19% when σ approaches σ_s. In this paper a new probe has been done to improve the measurement accuracy by means of determination of residual stress along butt weld in low-carbon steel plate. The measurement error produced by the hole-side plastic deformation as a result of the stress concentration is also studied here. It is discovered that released strains that is determined in the case of σ>1/2σ_s is composed of pure elastic released strain ε_e and influence of plastic deformation ε_p around the hole. In calculation, ε_p would be subtracted from ε. And the residual stress calculated from ε_e is the real value; the paper substitutes ε_e for ε according to the improved method, so the measurement error has been decreased to less than 2% when σ approaches σ_s. Therefore, the accuracy of determining residual welding stress by the small blind-hole relaxation method has been improved.

目前,小孔松弛法测定焊接残余应力在推广使用中的主要问题是如何提高其测量精度。标定试件一般是在拉应力σ≤1/3σ_s时确定常数,然后进行实测。我们认为,当残余应力较大时,按弹性范围的标定常数测取残余应力必然产生误差。残余应力越大,误差越大,当σ接近σ_s时,在本文标定中确定的测量误差为19%。文章对如何进一步提高测量精度进行了新的探索,着重对由于孔边应力集中引起的孔边塑性变形而产生的测量误差作了研究。发现当σ>1/2σ_s时测得的释放应变ε是由纯弹性释放应变ε_e和孔边塑性变形的影响ε_p所组成。计算时应在ε中减去ε_p,即用ε_e算得的残余应力才是真值。本文采用修正方法用ε_e代替ε,在σ接近σ_s时,其测量误差已降至2%以下,从而提高了小孔松弛法测定焊接残余应力的精度。

Based on the m-method hypothesis, an analytical solution is derived for the slender pile under the simultaneous action of the axially concentrated load, self-weight, skin frictional resistance and lateral load. The calculated results indicate that the influence of P—△ effect on the bending moment of a pile cannot be neglected when the free-standing length of the pile is large. The solution obtained in this paper makes up for the shortage of the current m-method theory in which the axial loading is not included....

In addition, the formulas for calculating the butt deflection and moment at the ground surface of a pile under the simultaneous axial point load and uniformly distributed load are obtained from the equivalent principle of moment or lateral deflection. These formulas can also be used to calculate the static stress of various cantilever beams or columms.

本文在现行m法假设基础上,导得了考虑轴向集中荷载、桩自重、桩侧摩阻力及横向荷载综合作用下柔性桩的分析解.文中计算指出:当桩的自由长度及轴向荷载较大时,p-△效应对桩身弯矩的影响是不容忽视的.本文解答弥补了现行m法理论不计轴力的不足.此外,本文从弯矩、位移等效原理出发,得到了基桩地面以上部分在轴向集中荷载及沿轴向均布荷载作用下桩顶位移及地面处桩身弯矩的计算式,该解答亦可用于各类悬臂梁柱的静力计算.
