In this paper, the unequal-pitch single layer windings are proposed for large hydro-electric generators with direct water-cooling for the purpose of greatly increasing the number of possible schemes of windings, thus improving the selection of the best scheme by comparison. The design process of the unequal-pitch single-layer windings and the harmonic analysis of winding MMF are described. Existing difficulties in constructing this kind of windings are pointed out, and appropriate methods of overcoming them are suggested. By means of these methods, the unequal-pitch single-layer windings will be made useful in practical applications as they now have the same technological properties as the equal-pitch single-layer windings. "The simplest unequal-pitch single-layer windings" achieved merely by adding a few askew joint-Sleeves are recommended. Such windings with 672 slots and 110 poles are dealt with in detail as a typical example.

This paper presents the dynamic stress tests of the compressor blade in the gas turbine engine in which the compressor stator possesses two kinds of unequal pitch cascades. Meanwhile, somemore complex phenomena also occurred, for example, the frequency of resonant revolutions greatly increases; the beat phenomena appear in all the vibratory signals of the first construction and so on.In this analysis, the excited force of wake for these stators is expanded by the Fourier series. As a result, the frequency spectrum of excited force agrees very well with that obtained in the tests. The solution of the blade forced vibration equation is investigated, so that the phenomena appeared in the tests such as dynamic response of the blade and beat can be well explained.

The sweep auger for discharge grain divided in layer is an important installation of cylinder bin, formerly, all designs had based on experience.In this article, first of all, the working principle. of sweep auger is discussed, the functional relation between the coordinate of the cross- section, pitch, external diameter, velocity of rotation, angular velocity of revolution and depth of discharge is built in succession, and then, the envelope curve equation of the equal-pitch sweep auger is obtained.But the equal-pitch sweep auger is not ideal for thin layer discharger especially in large diameter bins, this article gives out the linear function of pitch which varies with the coordinate of the cross-section and the external diameter of the auger. Fin-ally, the envelope curve equation of the variable-pitch sweep auger is obtained.At the end of this paper, some technical data are presented for reference.

本文首先就分层卸粮扫仓螺旋输送器的工作原理进行探讨,建立螺旋的各横截面坐标、导程、外径与自转转速、公转角速度、卸粮层厚度的函数关系,并推导出等导程螺旋轮廓曲线二次方程。鉴于在实践中等导程螺旋应用于大直径圆仓卸粮设计时外湍叶片高度偏小而导程偏大的缺点,又提出螺旋导程随各横截面坐标及其外径变化的线性关系式,从而获得变导程螺旋轮廓曲线高次方程。这就在提高和改善此种螺旋输送器的技术性能方面更趋完善。文末附有设计程序及参数选择,仅供参考。
