In order to control accurately the time-dependent casting, an overflow method is applied to control the pressure head of liquid metal, thus keeping stably the velocity of liquid metal flow, e.g., it is accurate to within ±5% for a casing weight over 4kg.

On the basis of the drive control characteristic of a multiroll extra light-gauge strip mill, the selection of the main driving motor and coiling motor of the domestically-made 30 high rolling mill is discussed to improve the control accuracy and stability of small tension when rolling 0.001~0.003 mm thick strips. Through the comparative test of two types of DC motors, the problems, such as the speed adjusting range, pulsed torgue and matching of armature voltage, are further analyzed.

本文从多辊极薄带材轧机传动控制的特点出发,为了在轧制0.001~0.003mm带材时,提高小张力的精度和稳定性。讨论了国产30辊轧机主传动和卷取电动机的选择。通过两种类型直流电动机的对此试验,进一步对调速范围、脉动力矩和电枢电压匹配等问题作了分析。
