In this paper, the dynamic performance for a high frequency electro-hydraulic servovalve and its main elements are investigated. A simple and practical method for testing its dynaamic performance is de scribed. The relations between armature magnet saturation and torque moor output are discusseed. Based on experiments and the identification theory, mathematical models for the torque motor and the whole valve are built and programs for aomplex curve fitting are presented. The re sult shows that the values of frequency characteristic corresponding to the identified model are in good agreement with the experimental data, thereby showing the practical significance of the identification method in hydraulic control systems.

本文对QDY 8型高频电液伺服阀及其主要环节的动态特性进行了实验研究。介绍了一种简单而实用的动态测试方法,讨论了衔铁磁饱和与力矩马达输出的关系。在实验和辨识理论的基础上,建立了力矩马达和全阀(闭环)的数学模型,并给出了曲线拟合程序。结果表明,辨识模型对应的频响值与实测值相当吻合,从而说明辨识方法在液压控制系统中有一定的实用价值。

An active bandpass filter is used to compensate the valley found in the Bode diagram of the armature displacement of the moving iron type force motor. The frequency width of the displacement frequency response has been greatly increased by means of such compensation, named Electro - Resonance - Compensation Method. The electro - resonance -compensation method presented in this paper can be also used to improve the frequency response of proportional solenoids and other electrohydraulic controls.

Dynamic response analyses and correlation for the complex structural system under random vibration environment were performed to simulate the testing of the specimen dynamic test model. The correlation studies were performed to indicate the accuracy and validity of the analysis techniques employed.

本文利用有限元建模技术 ,建立了振动台、试验夹具、系统级产品精细的有限元模型 ,对各部件模型进行了振动特性计算 ,并通过部件模态试验和振动试验结果及总体综合分析相结合的方法对有限元模型进行了多次修正 ,得到了总体有限元模型。根据此模型进行了产品的振动试验仿真 ,并用试验结果对仿真结果进行了验证 ,验证结果表明系统级产品振动试验仿真结果与振动台试验实测数据是具有可比性的 ,振动响应的均方根值误差基本上小于 10 % ,功率谱曲线趋势近似 ,误差在工程允许的范围内。
