On the basis of the experiments of pusle X-ray photograph and recovering fragment behind the target,the damage phenomena of 45# steel plate and 603 armor with limited thickness while penetrated by EFP is studied. In the meantime,the penetration law is analyzed. An empirical formula on the limited penetration velocity of EFP is established.
Methods Blast combined high velocity fragment injury model of hind legs in one side of dogs was produced, and the changes of IL-8, IL-6, TNF-α levels in different time points and the expression of IL-8 mRNA in lung tissue were analyzed .
The incidence rate of fragment and blast wave combined injuries was 74.65% (53/71),and injuries at 8.9 different parts on average were found in each animal. The incidence rates of multiple injuries,chest and abdomen combined injuries,burn injuries were 96.23% ,24.53% and 11.32% respectively. The total mortality was 96.23% (51/53).

Methods pMD18-CAVP3 and pcDNA3.1(+) were respectively double digested by restriction endonuclease KpnⅠ and XbaⅠ,and obtained 365 bp and 5.0 kb fragment,then ligatated them and the recombinant apoptin eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1-VP3 was constructed.
