We considered that the formation of more active species in [Rh(CH\-3COO)\-2] 2\| Ph\-2P(O)(CH\-2)\-4P(O)Ph\-2 catalytic system, which had weak coordinative interaction between each other, led to the effective conversion of the “inert” mixed octenes to INA.
