This paper establishes a mathematical model of optomized design expressing the working features of the jaw-type fine crusher.To achieve this, the random direction search method, box method and the inter-SUMT method are applied, resulting in some improved feasible plans. Then through the process of man-machine interaction with human experiences in designing and intuitive knowledge fed back into the computer, the optimal project of pex-200 1100 jaw-type fine crusher is obtained.
