    本文研究了黄瓜霜霉病发病与体内糖的成份的关系。经三年测定,黄瓜任何品种均以自上向下数第5~6节位卷须汁液可溶性固形物含量稳定。顶端高于基部;下午高于上午;灌水前高于灌水后;晴天高于阴天;采瓜前高于采瓜后。以可溶性固形物含量测定值在4以下为感病指标,可用于测定黄瓜品种对霜霉病的抗性及预测预报。 在黄瓜发病前,喷1%糖溶液可降低病情指数,防效80.3~89.5%,其中红糖>蔗糖>葡萄糖。应用1%糖溶液混1%尿素液,每隔10天喷1次,可控制病害发生。

    Resistance to downy mildew of nineteen Vitis species and variexties native to China, including 82 clones, was studied. The results showed that the resistance to downy mildew of various species was very different. The resistant species were: V. pseudoreticulata, V. davidii var. cya-nocarpa, V. piasezkii, V'. romanetii, V.flexuosa, V. bryoniifolia, V. hanco-ckii and V. yeshanensis.     本文研究了原产我国的葡萄属19个种和变种、82个株系对霜霉病的抗性。结果表明,不同种对霜霉病的抗性存在很大差异。抗病的种或变种有:华东葡萄、瘤枝葡萄、复叶葡萄、秋葡萄、葛(?)、华北葡萄、燕山葡萄和菱状葡萄;感病的种或变种有:网脉葡萄、毛葡萄、山葡萄、刺葡萄、蘡(?)、三出葡萄、桦叶葡萄、小叶葛(?)、麦黄葡萄、秦巴野葡萄和米葡萄。 华东葡萄、刺葡萄、秦巴野葡萄和米葡萄种内不同株系对霜霉病的抗性变异不大。而瘤枝葡萄、复叶葡萄、秋葡萄、山葡萄、燕山葡萄和华北葡萄等种内不同株系间抗性差异很大,有抗病和感病两种类型。并且抗病类型的分布似与地理起源无关。
