This paper presents a method for realization of automatic optimum dispatch of cascade hydroelectric power stations. By means of the matrix of superior orders of starting water-turbine dynamos which is previously superiorized and storaged in the computer may utomate forming the optimum combination of starting water-turbine...

This paper presents a method for realization of automatic optimum dispatch of cascade hydroelectric power stations. The method is to discrete the levels of cascade reservoirs which vary continuously, i.e, we descretize the level states of the whole cascade system into a finite number of level states. By means of the matrix of superior orders of starting water-turbine dynamos which is previously superiorized and storaged in the computer may utomate forming the optimum combination of starting water-turbine dynamos and the dispatch of active power for the current states of cascade. For certain cascade hydroelectric power stations, the authors have written a computer program for this method. The computing results for several design show that the method is feasible, the machine time is short, the reguirememt of the memory is small, the operation is simple, and we have gained an obvious economical advantage. The water rate of the day scheduling design which is formed automatically by the computer is lower than that of the manual design.

本文提出了一个实现梯级电站有功负荷自动优化分配的方法。方法系将连续变化的梯级水库的水位离散化,进而将全梯级系统的水位状态离散化为有限个水位状态,通过存贮于计算机的预先优化了的开机“优先级矩阵”,对梯级的当前状态自动形成优化的开机组合和负荷分配。按所提出的方法,对×××梯级电站编制了计算机程序。对几组方案计算结果表明,该方法是可行的。不仅所需机时短,占用内存少,操作简便,而且取得了明显的经济上的优化效益。由计算机自动形成的日调度方案比人工方案水耗率有所降低。

In this paper, by virtue of energy transformation, we discuss mathematical models for solving the problem of optimization of active power dispatch of cascade hydroelectric power stations by penalty function method, and propose a new optimum criterion-the water flow weighted with respect to water heads of hours in all day for each power station of cascade be minimum. We have proved that this criterion is equivalent to that the average efficience of transformation from water energy into electric energy in all day be maximum. Combining with the constraints, we have derived a new augmented objective function and calculated the gradient of this function. Moreover, we compare the new objective function with some former objective functions. Finally, we put forward a simplified scheme of this new mathematical model.

本文从能量转换的观点出发,讨论了用罚函数法解龙溪河梯级水电站有功功率最优分配日运行方案的数学模型,提出了一个新的最优准则——各电站各时段水头加权流量和为极小。证明了这个准则与全梯级水位能一电能转换的日平均效率为极大等价。然后结合约束条件,给出新的增广目标函数,并计算了这个目标函数的梯度。接着对新的目标函数和原有的一些目标函数进行了比较,最后提出了这个新的数学模型的一个简化方案。

This paper discusses the feasibility for integration of two main systems in automation of power network dispatching, namely, security monitoring system and automatic generation control system.
