Traditional mechanical and chemical sand control for this kind of oil reservoir is ineffective or causes blocking of porosity, leading to the decrease of liquid produce. This thesis chiefly analys es the experience and lessons in the course of sand exclusion and plugging remov ing in quit oilfield. A technology called “three-new technology” which combine s sand control with plugging removing theory, new prescription and new technology was developed. The principle of acid plugging removing was applied to eliminate the polluted plugging, while the electric potential at the surface of sand grain can be altered and the force gathering the sand grain can be enhanced, which pl ay a key role of sand control. Good results were achieved after using this techn ology in Quit-field, and the advantages and practicability of this technology we re proven.

高泥质、疏松砂岩油藏同时存在大量出砂和地层严重污染堵塞问题。对这类油层如采用传统的机械和化学防砂工艺 ,则防不住粉细砂 ,或防砂有效而产液量大幅度下降。分析了曲堤油田防砂及解堵过程中的经验教训及要解决的关键技术问题 ;通过室内防膨、解堵、稳砂拦砂流动模拟试验等方法 ,研究开发出解堵防砂一体化技术 ,该方法可在酸化解除地层堵塞的同时改变砂粒表面电位 ,增强砂粒内聚力而起到防砂的作用。通过现场 156口井的应用 ,解堵防砂有效率达 92 .3 % ,平均有效期 2 74d ,累计增油 43 .4× 10 4 t ,经济效益显著

Sand production in special well structure such as casing changing well, sidetracked well, and thickness changing well can induce production problems in oil well. A reverse circulation gravel pack sand exclusion technique to solve this problem has been studied in this paper. The technique was applied in the pilot test in three sidetracked and thickness changing wells of Dongxin oilfield from October 2001 to July 2003. The one-off success ratio was 100% , and the available ratio was 100% . Initial daily...

Sand production in special well structure such as casing changing well, sidetracked well, and thickness changing well can induce production problems in oil well. A reverse circulation gravel pack sand exclusion technique to solve this problem has been studied in this paper. The technique was applied in the pilot test in three sidetracked and thickness changing wells of Dongxin oilfield from October 2001 to July 2003. The one-off success ratio was 100% , and the available ratio was 100% . Initial daily fluids production was 49. 8m3 , and daily oil production was 11. 5t. Average single well daily production increment was 3. 8t, with a comprehensive water cut of 80.5% and accumulative oil increment of 5871. 0t. The practice has proved that this technique has provided a new way and idea to solve the problem of sand exclusion and production enhancement in special well structure such as sidetrack and thickness changing in Dongxin oilfield.

针对套变井、侧钻井、变壁厚等特殊井身结构井出砂,导致油井不能正常生产的矛盾,研究了一种反循环砾石充填防砂工艺来解决这一矛盾。2001年10月-2003年7月该工艺在东辛油田的侧钻、变壁厚等特殊井身结构井现场先导性试验应用3口井,实施后一次成功率100%,有效率100%.平均单井日增油3.8t,累计增油5 871.0t,取得了较好的效果。实践证明:该工艺为解决东辛油田的侧钻、变壁厚等特殊井身结构井的防砂,挖潜增效提供了一种新的途径。
