Content of GA_(1+3) was found in initial subculture plantlet,which increased with suitable GA_3 treatment,meanwhile the content of ABA dropped significantly and thus promoting the shoot growth and size enlargement of leaves.

Anthocyanin content, TSS contentand titratable acidity were close to or higher than the control and fruit quality were improved. Data analyzed by the gray systemtheory indicated these treatments above were relatively ideal.
The results showed that GAS 50 mg·L-1、GAS 100 mg·L-1 and CPPU 10 mg·L-1+GAS 25 mg·L-1 was effective for berry enlargement. Anthocyanin accumulation ,TSS content and titratable acidity were close or higher than the control and fruit quality was improved. Data analysized using the grey system theory indicated the treatment above were relatively ideal.
