The results of an experiment on the extraction of gold from low-grade gold oresby heap-leaching process are described in the paper.The process comprises mainlyfour steps which are cyanide-lime trickle leaching,gold adsorption on activated char-coal,elution of gold from loaded charcoal with deionized water and electrowinningof gold using steel wool cathodes.The technical conditions and the economical indexes of the process on both bench-scale and enlarged tests were investigated.Under favourable conditions...
