A new correlation of frictional pressure drop for R410A-oil mixture flow boiling(inside) the enhanced tube was developed,and it agrees with 97% of the experimental data within deviation of ±10%,and the average deviation and maximum deviation are 4.25% and 14%,respectively.
An experimental study on the dryout point of flow boiling in narrow annular channels with 1 mm and 1.5 mm annular gap are performed. Distilled water is used as the work fluid,the range of pressure is limited within 0.1~0.3 MPa and that of mass flux is 6~60 kg/(m2·s).
The bacteria were also found to be resistant to boiling for 5 min.

A heat transfer model of the R-C engine is presented which performs a leakage mass balance, accounts for sweep flow, boiling on water side and other ignition and combustion characteristics. The simulation of heat transfer based on this model is implemented on a digital computer.
