The laser surface alloying experiments arc carried out on the 65Mn and T10 steel tape to which mixed powder of multicomponent,such as W、 Mo、 Cr、 V、 etc. is applied. (These multicomponent are made up according to the composition of the high speed steel M2.) Then, a good new alloying coating can be got on its surface. Our research is aimed at the basic law of this laser surface alloying of multicomponent and its influence to the microstructure and property.
This paper describes the longitudinal winding technique of steel tape, analyses the factors influencing the quality of formation of longitudinal winding. In order to reduce the steel tape elongation during the winding, an optimum winding angle was suggested.
