For the sake of fulfilling the increasing demands on high-pressure vessels, and discussing further on the techniques in their manufacture, we started the research works since the end of 1956.

为了满足国内高压容器的发展的需要,并对制造高压容器的新技术作进一步的探讨,我们进行了以铸钢代替锻钢的研究试验,以解除对高压容器材料的限制。同时也研究运用金属的塑性理论以自动增强高压容器。这种利用材料的塑性性质来进行结构的研究,肯定是一种先进的分析方法,它不但充分发挥了材料的潜力(塑性材料的屈伏点被提高了),而且是正确地估计了结构的真正工作能力。 通常由於铸钢所具有的一定的缺陷,以及作为高压容器时,估计到铸钢在爆破中所可能形成的碎片将有较大的杀伤破坏,因此国外许多文献上都载着铸钢作为容器时的压力限制,甚至有的在根本上就否定了铸钢作为高压容器材料的可能。 我们的试验否定了文献上的规定,现在铸钢的高压容器已受到普遍的欢迎有许多地方则早已把这种价廉、质优、安全、能够很快成批生产的设备投入了生产。

Two types of 300A low frequency pulse arc TIG welding machine have been developed. In this machine the pulse current is made purposely to have a peak at the leading edge, which enables successfully one side welding of small diameter tubes in position and meanwhile obtaining good reverse side weld forming. The method for improving the dynamic response of the saturable reactor is analysed and the problem of surge current at the arc initiation is solved. Two types of 300A low frequency pulse arc TIG welding machine have been developed. In this machine the pulse current is made purposely to have a peak at the leading edge, which enables successfully one side welding of small diameter tubes in position and meanwhile obtaining good reverse side weld forming. The method for improving the dynamic response of the saturable reactor is analysed and the problem of surge current at the arc initiation is solved. The electric circuits of both types of saturable reactor prove that they meet the technological requirements of low frequency pulse arc TIG welding. The pulse current generator is simple and is made with ordinary electronic devices. A simple electronic circuit is adopted for compensating the power mains fluctuation. These machines have excellent characteristics and are simple in construction, reliable in operation, easy to be repaired and light in weight. The weldable thickness for one pass welding ranges from 1-5mm in case of square butt joints and may be larger if bevel groove is applied. The developed machines are now being used in practice for welding 2-3.5mm, thick tubes in position and also the first pass of the circumferential seams of the pressure vessel made with 17mm thick stainless steel plates.

研制了两种300 A带尖峰的低频脉冲钨极氩弧焊设备,成功地解决了小直径管子等许多产 品的单面焊双面成型的工艺问题。分析了改善磁放大器电磁惯性的方法,克服了引弧冲击问 题;所用磁放大器的两种线路,均能满足低频脉冲焊接的工艺要求;用普通元件作成了简单 的带尖峰脉冲发生器;采用了简便的电网波动补偿方案。焊机性能良好、简单可靠、易造好 修、重量较轻。能不开坡口焊透1-5mm钢板,厚板可开坡口对接。该设备已用于2—3.5mm。 厚的管道全位置焊接生产及17mm不锈钢压力容器的环缝封底焊等。

This paper presents a method for calculating the stresses in an axisymmetrial compound shell composed of shell components with principal curvatures of different signs. Some formalae (for calculating the stresses of such shells) are herhin derived on the basis of Novozhilov's theory. A simple method is provided for choosing directions of the coordinate axes and for defining signs, the results thus obtained are satisfactory. As examples, computational results of two pressure vessels used in practice are given, the distributions of stresses therein are shown in figures.

本文是我室前几年解决实际工程压力容器应力计算问题总结资料之一。文中对文献[1]的有关计算方法和公式,作了一些补充推演。对于主曲率符号不同的组合壳体的坐标系选择,正负号规则,提出了一些看法。给出这一类型壳体的有关计算公式。对壳体联结处的内力计算进行了讨论。由上海市计算技术研究所编制了两个通用计算程序,并以工程上的实例进行计算[2],[3],所得的结果是满意的,说明以上的方法和计算公式有效可靠。下面就两种类型的压力容器进行计算和讨论。
