            用Sephadex G—25分子筛层析、DEAE—Sephadex A—25 离子交换层析和高效液相色谱方法,从胰化酪蛋白胨中分离出对根霉(Rhizopus ferrugineus)产葡萄糖淀粉酶(Glucoamylase)有促进作用的活性肽。该活性肽为电泳纯物质,其理化性质为:最大紫外吸收波长200nm;N—末端氨基酸是丙氨酸;分子量1760 道尔顿;氨基酸残基数16;等电点PH约3.6;肽分子内不含芳香族氨基酸和含硫氨基酸,富合酸性氨基酸。该活性肽能使根霉葡萄糖淀粉酶的产量增长400%,但对细胞增殖和生长无影响。若将此肽水解为单个氨基酸,促产酶活性丧失。活性肽促产酶作用的最有效浓度为0.1mg/ml:肽浓度与促产酶活性呈饱和曲线关系。活性肽对根霉、曲霉一些菌株产葡萄糖淀粉酶都有较明显的促进作用。
