Objective To explore the possibility and appropriate time of radiotherapy after implantation.Methods Pure Ti endosteal implant s were implanted into the tibal metaphysis of both legs in rabbits.The rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group 1(control)underwemt implantation only;group 2 was given radiotherapy (450 cGy q.o.d.×10) 2 weeks after implantation ;and groups 3 was given radiotherapy (450 cGy q.o.d.×10)4 weeks after implan tion.The experimental animals were killed for examionation at 2,4 and 9 weeks after im-plantation.Specimens were taken for study by means of x-ray,histology, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersion X-ray analysis.Results The direction confact longth fixation (DCLF) of the animals receiving radiotherapy 2 weeks after implantation was 60% of that of the control group and 65% of that of those receiving radio therapy 4 weeks after.The maturity of new bone was significant ly delayed.As for to the DCLF and Ca/P ratio,there was no significant difference between the control group and the group that received radiotherapy 4 weeks after implantation.Conclusions Radiotherapy can inhibit the regeneration and mineralization of osteal tissues,but has no obvious effect on the osseointegrating rate of implants that have been basically osseointegrated.

目的 探讨种植术后放疗的可行性以及适当的放疗时机?方法 将纯钛种植体植入兔双腿胫骨干骺端,术后2周,4周放疗?对标本进行X线检查,组织学,扫描电镜及X线能谱分析?结果 种植术后2周放疗组,种植体的直接骨性结合率(Direction contact length firaction DCLF)仅为对照组的60%,种植术后4周放疗组的65%,新生骨的成熟明显推延;种植术后4周放疗组,其DCLF及钙磷比值(Ca/P)与对照组无显著差异?结论 照射可抑制骨组织的再生和矿化,但对已初步完成骨结合的种植体的DCLF无显著影响?
